Important Deadlines:
- January 15, 2024 – Featured winery commitment forms dues.
- February 15, 2024 – Items and donor provided certificates are due to the Make-A-Wish office.
Grand Cru Level
If possible, bottles should be signed by the winemaker.
- 12 - 750 ml bottles valued at $50/bottle or higher AND 1 or more large format bottle(s). Sizes can range from 1.5L – 15L. OR verticals of library wines.
- Item for Almost Live or Live: Immersive, insider’s winery experience for groups of up to 8 featuring exclusive, signed bottles for guests to take home. This is your opportunity to pull out all the stops! Consider including a personal tour, barrel tasting, VIP tasting experience with winemaker paired with dinner, lunch or appetizers or more!
OR
- A winemaker dinner featuring exclusive wines paired with local chef, featuring exclusive bottles for guests to take home.

Large Format Level
If possible, bottles should be signed by the winemaker.
- 6 - 750 ml bottles valued at $50/bottle or higher AND 1 or more large format bottle(s) to be featured in the auction. Sizes can range from 1.5L – 15L.

Wine Cellar Level
If possible, bottles should be signed by the winemaker.
- 3 - 750 ml bottles valued at $50 or higher.
OR
- 6 or more 750ml bottles valued under $50 to be featured in silent auction.
Benefits
- Wine Wall: Winery name listing on event signage for wine wall bottles (item donation form must be received by February 1st)
- Silent Auction: Item description on mobile bidding site.
