  • Timing:
    • 5:30 p.m. arrival time
    • 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. cocktail hour, silent auction, fashion sketch artist, photo booth and more
    • 7:30 – approximately 10:00 p.m. dinner, program and live auction
    • 10:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. after party with dancing
  • Attire: Attire ranges from cocktail to black-tie.
  • Online Auction: Silent and Almost Live items will open Monday, March 9, and will close at 8 p.m. on Saturday, March 14. Anyone can bid on the online auction. Only gala attendees may bid on the packages containing alcohol. 
  • Charity Accounts: Purchases with a fair market value such as auction items, wine wall, raffle, glassybaby and fashion sketch cannot be made with a Donor Advised Fund (DAF) or charitable account, per the IRS. If you would like to use your DAF for your Fund-A-Wish donation, please see our Guest Services at check-in or check-out. 
  • Parking:
    • We highly recommend using a rideshare app like Uber or Lyft. The Sheraton Grand Seattle is exclusively valet parking for overnight guests. These spots are very limited and fill up quickly.
    • There many nearby self-park garages including:
      • U.S. BANK CENTRE, Located on 6th Avenue between Union and Pike Streets, $10 weekend rate
      • WASHINGTON ATHLETIC CLUB GARAGE, Located on 6th Avenue between Union and Pike Streets, $24 for 6 hours ($7 for WAC members)
      • UNION SQUARE GARAGE, Located on 7th Avenue and Union Street, $7 weekend rate
